Connect With Me

4/25/22 UPDATE: Check out my new group page on Facebook!

Wow. With the pandemic in full swing and no end in sight, life is strange. So much of my time and effort is being spent trying to make a living, I hardly have time to write about my passion, healthy relationships.

While it may seem quiet here, I’m still around and thinking about ways to inspire a healthy relationship revolution. I post most regularly on my Facebook group, and I also have an Instagram account. I’d be honored to have you follow me at either of these locations. Your activity will also give me data as to where I should be focusing my efforts to make the most impact.

Please stay safe and try to maintain healthy relationships in all areas of your life. Check in with those who are isolated and alone. Be mindful of your own emotional state and don’t lash out at the people around you because of anger or anxiety. If you find yourself in quarantine with a toxic relationship, please seek help and/or make a plan to find a healthier living environment as soon as possible.

This may be a trying time, certainly it is a meaningful one. Our attitude can really make a huge difference in the quality of our lives. The best things we can do in our isolation are rest, heal, and think about how we can transform our personal lives to support and strengthen our true inner selves. I recommend art, exercise, and over-the-top self care as the best ways to nurture yourself and reduce anxiety. Hopefully, we can use this time to become stronger and more self aware. I believe in you. <3
